About the service

A simpler way to remember what matters later.

FutureMailer is a straightforward email reminder service. You tell us what to say, when to say it, and we send it directly to your inbox — no app, no notifications, no noise.

Why email?

Most people already triage their email every day. Phone notifications stack up and get cleared. Calendar pop-ups disappear the moment you dismiss them. But an email stays in your inbox until you act on it. It's searchable, forwardable, and — most importantly — it's already where you look.

FutureMailer works with your existing habits. No new app to learn, no push notification to swipe away.

The idea is simple: write yourself a note today, pick a date, and trust that it'll land in your inbox when you need it. That's the whole thing.

How the credits system works

Every new account starts with 3 free credits. Each verified reminder uses one credit when it's scheduled. Recurring reminders automatically queue the next send and deduct one credit at each interval — so a weekly reminder uses one credit per week.

Deleting a verified (upcoming) reminder returns the credit. This keeps the system honest and prevents abuse without making it complicated to use.

Privacy by design

Your email address and message content are encrypted at rest in our database. We store a one-way hash of your email for lookups, but the address itself can only be read by the delivery process. We never sell, share, or use your email for advertising.

See the full Privacy Policy for details.

Who built this?

FutureMailer is an independent service built for personal and small-business use. There's no VC funding, no growth team, and no ad network — just a utility that does one thing and tries to do it reliably.
